Registration / activation

The first time you run the full version of MyNovel you will be required to register
it / activate it via the internet. If you do not have access to the internet on
the computer in question you can also register offline (see below.)
In order to activate Mynovel enter the e-mail address and password / registration
key sent to you at the time of purchase and then click the activate now. After a
short pause MyNovel will be activated and you will have full access to the software.
Important: there are [rare] occasions where your software firewall will interfere
with this process. You may need to temporarily turn your firewall off for the few
seconds required to activate. Remember to turn it back on again afterwards. You
can also use the offline activation method to circumvent the process.
Offline activation
There will be occasions where the computer you are trying to activate MyNovel on
does not have access to the internet. If this is the case click the offline activation
button on the activation dialog.
E-mail technical support and ask for an activation file. We will e-mail a small
text file to you containing a key you can use to activate MyNovel without access
to the internet. Click the open activation file button and select the file. Click
activate and your software will be activated.
