Edit novel details

To display the novel details page within MyNovel, click the novel details button
on the writing tab within the ribbon.
|
After creating a novel you can edit the title, concept,
reading age of the novel again by clicking the novel details button. Doing so opens
the novel details within the main working area of MyNovel. There are three tabs
within the novel details page, which correspond to three of the pages you also went
through when creating the novel.
Novel summary
In this tab you can change the title of your novel, you can edit your initial concept
and make it into a synopsis (this information is used when you automatically generate
a title page or a synopsis for submission to literary agents), and you can change
the reading age. For more information on automatic page creation see
the novel explorer.
Goals and progress so far
In this tab you compare how well you are doing compared to the writing goals you
set when you created your novel. You can also change your estimated word count and
the words per day or estimated completion date as you see fit. You may be writing
considerably more words than you thought or you may be progressing slower than you thought
(let's hope not!)
You can also monitor your progress and modify your words per day or target word
count using the progress dialog.
Once you have completed your novel you should check the this novel is complete!
checkbox. You will then be able to start submitting your work to literary agents.
Click the submissions to literary agents button to keep track of your submissions.

Author information
In this tab you can amend your author information. This information is used when
you automatically generate cover letters, title pages and so on. For more information
