Classic novel explorer

Switches the novel explorer into
classic novel explorer mode.

Expert novel explorer
|
Switches the novel explorer into
expert novel explorer mode.
|

Maximize working area
|
Minimizes the ribbon bar, hides all tool windows and maximizes MyNovel on the screen.
This provides you with a clutterless working area in which you can type your chapters.
You may prefer to write the main body of your text while using this mode, because
there are very few distractions. To leave this mode, click the maximize working
area button again

Windows
|
Clicking the drop down button underneath the windows button allows you to individually
show or hide the tool windows.
- Reset all windows - resets all of the windows. This is particularly useful if you
are getting a bit confused and seem to have lost a window! and want the windows
to appear in their default positions.
- Show novel explorer window - shows or hides the novel
explorer window.
- Show properties window - shows or hides the properties
window.
- Show research window - shows or hides the research window.
- Show thesaurus window - shows or hides the thesaurus window.
- Show to do list window - shows or hides the to do list window.
- Show quick help window - shows or hides the quick help window.

User interface theme
|
The user interface theme gallery enables you customise the theme / visual style
of MyNovel. The default theme is Office 2007 Blue (which is the same as in MyNovel
2.0). There are quite a few to choose from. Some of the themes are really quite
natty! Take a look at the summer and springtime themes!
The high contrast theme is useful for writers who are visually impaired.
