If you are struggling to install or run MyNovel or experiencing any issue running the software, please don't hesitate to ask us for remote assistance. This service is free.
At your invitation, a MyNovel technician can visit your computer (via the internet) to fix any problems you are having with the software.
We provide this service using

, which enables us (at your invitation and under your control) to remotely access and control your computer and get MyNovel properly installed and running for you.
The service session is under your control. You can terminate it at any point. You will be able to text-chat with the technician during the support session.
