I've ordered MyNovel via PayPal or Google Checkout but not received my log in information
yet
Don't worry! Depending on the time of day in the UK at the time of ordering, it
may take up to 12-24 hours for us to process your order. We do have to sleep sometimes,
even if the website never sleeps... If you have not received acknowledgement after
24 hours, it may be that your spam filter has blocked our e-mails. First of all
check your junk mail folder. If there is no e-mail there, don't hesitate to contact
